How we charge.
Our fees are transparent. We charge a fixed fee for all work that we do.
Drafting & negotiating a prenup agreement — £3,000.00 + VAT
Reviewing, advising on & negotiating a prenup agreement (where the agreement has been drafted by another firm acting for your partner) — £1,500.00 + VAT
Please note that where a matter is urgent or time-sensitive, our fees may be marginally higher.
*Fixed fees vary depending on complexity. We will provide a fixed fee quote once we have had an initial discussion with you to understand your needs.
